Does the price include the setup and delivery?
Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
What payments do you take?
Cash, cashapp, or Credit Cards through paypal. Please have exact change when paying with cash due to limited amount of cash our employees are allowed to carry on a given day.
What is considered a last minute reservation?
A last minute reservation is 1-2 days prior.
Do you charge a last minute reservation fee?
Yes. A last minute reservation fee of $100 will be added to your total balance.
What time do you deliver?
Delivery time is between 8-10 am
What time do you pick up?
Pick up time is between 6-8 pm
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, check our delivery area icon on the home page.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1 hour before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up 1 day prior.
What kind of surfaces can you set up the bounce houses/ water slides?
We can set up on grass.
Do we have to keep the extension cord plugged up the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump house unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, you are required to deposit $100 to reserve your rental. Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your order within 14 days to your rental date. If you cancel before 14 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 2 months.
What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your rental date to avoid a cancellation fee, unless your cancellation is due to adverse weather. Weather cancellations are accepted on the day of your event before we make delivery. Your weather cancellation must be made on the day of your event by calling 904- 496-4200.
How big are the bounce houses?
Most of our jumps are 15"x 15". Please note the space required for each jump as some are pretty big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc.
What is your weather policy?
An inflatable must not be used when winds are 20 miles or higher. This is a very important safety issue.
Wind – If the local weather is forecasted sustained winds of 15-20+ mph on your event day and both you and Neptune Bounce House Rentals agree before delivery/set up that it may be unsafe to use then we will cancel the rental with no charge to you. We reserve the right to cancel your rental.
Rain – If the local weather is forecasted 70% or higher chance of rain, we reserve the right to cancel your rental. An inflatable should not be used when raining or wet (with exception of a water slide). If the inside of the bounce unit gets wet everyone should exit the bounce house. When a bouncer becomes wet, it is very slippery and dangerous. Once the rain stops you can then dry the unit with towels. Once dry, the bounce should be once again safe to use.
Are your inflatables clean?
Yes. Cleanliness is part of safety initiative. We clean and disinfect our inflatables and all of our equipment (concession machines, tables, chairs, etc) before and after use. We vacuum, spray and wipe/scrub using a high quality cleaner / disinfectant.
